Trust & Compliance
The compliance facts about Dime Dime Baby AI, in one page: moderation, takedowns, refunds, and payment handling.
Last updated: 2026-10-25
This page exists so that an app review, payment-provider audit, or any careful user can check our compliance posture in one place, directly against the full documents it links to. Nothing here replaces those documents — Acceptable Use, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and the takedown channel remain the operative texts.
What this product is (and is not)
- The site generates a single fixed effect: one uploaded photo → a 9s, 9:16, 720p video of that person dancing. It is not a general video editor and there is no API.
- Photo rights are a product rule. Users may only upload their own photo, or someone's photo with explicit consent. The Acceptable Use policy states this as a rule, and likeness misuse has a formal takedown channel.
- Samples on the marketing pages are reference frames from the trend, clearly labelled — they are not presented as AI output.
Moderation is enforced before generation
From Acceptable Use, "How we enforce this":
- "Every request is checked before it is generated." If a request is refused, "no credits are consumed — you are not charged for a blocked request."
- "Repeated violations suspend your account. Once an account reaches the configured threshold of blocked requests, generation is refused for that account while the record stands."
- "We keep records of moderation decisions" — what was checked, which categories matched and a hash of the request. The offending media is not retained. Evidence is preserved only where the law requires cooperation (privacy policy section "Cooperation with law enforcement / Legal requests").
Takedown / likeness complaints
Anyone whose likeness appears in a generated video can use the takedown page: it explains what we need, and removal is handled by a human. Abuse reports also reach the same channel (contact).
Refunds
Our refund posture in one line — Refund Policy has the full text:
- Refund window: 14 days from purchase (this is also the window enforced by our Merchant of Record for buyer-initiated requests).
- Unconsumed credits are refundable; credits consumed by videos you delivered are not (the compute is spent).
- Email support@bbywowmaker.online or file via the payment provider's consumer portal; we reply within 5 business days, refunds go back to the original payment method.
- A failed generation is not a consumed generation — its credits are returned automatically.
Payments & card data
- Payments are processed under a Merchant of Record model by Waffo Pancake; statements show "WAFFO PANCAKE". Invoices are issued with the order confirmation email.
- Per Privacy Policy, item 5: "Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers."
Data & retention (short form)
Account data, generated tasks and moderation records each follow the retention rules in Privacy Policy (sections "Data We Collect", "Third-party processing" and "Cooperation with law enforcement"). Deletion requests are honoured except where the law requires us to preserve evidence.
